JFit boot camp is an indoor/outdoor program that offers a variety of fitness instruction, nutritional guidance, motivational training, and camaraderie-packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals.  Whether you want to lose weight, increase your energy and motivation, look great, feel great, make new friends, or you just want to try something new-this program is for you!
We use a mix of exercise techniques, a mix of equipment, and you will meet a mix of people- all ages, sizes and fitness levels and with similar fitness goals.  Bring a friend or make new friends. JFit boot camp is more than an exercise program, we are a fit family.
JFit boot camp classes meet for one hour a day and are held in huge spaces such as soccer fields, basketball courts, and parks. The large spaces allow us to maximize your calorie burn and overall fitness experience! (link to locations)
